There are no authorised health claims for astaxanthin in the UK, so we do not make any. Describing what an ingredient is is always allowed; describing what it does is not, unless the claim is on the authorised list.
How to take it
One capsule with breakfast. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children, store in a cool dry place, and do not use if the seal is broken.

We are not going to give you a number. Skin turns over slowly, a great many things affect how it looks, and anyone promising you a fortnight is guessing. Take it as a steady habit alongside sleep, sunscreen and a decent diet.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Usually, but check the total vitamin C across everything you take so you are not doubling up. If you are on medication or under medical supervision, ask your pharmacist.
