How to take it
One capsule daily with breakfast. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children, store in a cool dry place, and do not use if the seal is broken. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor or pharmacist first.

How long before I notice anything?
We are not going to give you a number. Skin turns over slowly and a great many things affect how it looks. Take it as a steady habit alongside sleep, sunscreen and a decent diet.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Usually, but check the total vitamin C across everything you take. If you are on medication, ask your pharmacist.
Is it suitable if I am pregnant?
Please speak to your midwife, doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
